The Training Department, composed of a Training Officer, occasionally an Assistant Training Officer and Training Chief or PO, and the corps' specialist and generalist instructors, delivers mandatory and complementary training on parade nights and weekends.
Cadets also have the opportunity to take part in summer training courses outside of Sooke. School credits can be gained for various aspects of the local and summer training programs.

Not all of these resources (especially in the case of military manuals) represent exercises or activities to be conducted by cadets; rather, the intent is to provide the most broadly-based collection of background information possible. If anyone has additional resources, please email the Training Officer to get them added. Thanks!
